Remember 5 Transaction Minimum
Make at least 5 transactions per statement period to earn points on rent and other purchases. Set up small recurring purchases like streaming services to ensure you meet this requirement.
Set Calendar Reminder for 1st
Set a reminder to make purchases on the 1st of each month to earn 5X points on every purchase that day. Try to include at least one purchase in each bonus category.

How do I pay rent with the Bilt card?
There are three ways to pay rent with Bilt: 1) If your landlord is part of the Bilt Rewards Alliance, you can pay directly through the Bilt app, 2) If your landlord accepts credit cards but charges a fee, Bilt will reimburse fees up to $30 per month, 3) For landlords who don't accept cards, Bilt will send a check on your behalf when you initiate payment through the app.
Is there a minimum number of transactions required?
Yes, you must make at least 5 transactions per statement period to earn points on rent and other purchases. These can be of any amount, so even small purchases count toward this requirement. If you don't meet the 5-transaction minimum, you'll earn no points that month.
How does the 5X bonus on the 1st of the month work?
On the 1st day of each month, all purchases earn 5X points instead of their regular earn rate. This includes rent payments, dining, travel, and all other purchases. To qualify, you must have made at least 5 transactions in the previous month.
What's the difference between Bilt Rewards and other transferable points programs?
